Finances of Each Entity Managed by Miscavige

  • Finance personnel posted & frequently removed by DM, leaving no one else knowledgeable of the overall financial scene of Scientology entities
  • This creates a dangerous situation for nonprofit organizations, putting in jeopardy their tax-exempt status, compromising financial integrity
  • LRH gave CST, RTC & CSI boards a special duty to ensure no private benefit of church assets occur * -- an impossible task as structured
  • E.g., CSI resources are used to raise funds for IAS, but CSI directors cannot ensure that funds diverted from CSI to IAS are not used to privately benefit individuals, including DM himself, as some former members allege occurs

Under LRH's plan of separation of powers and checks and
balances, financial integrity is easily ensured, private benefit
and dictatorial control nearly impossible
